Pull up, guy coming right towards the window, I think he's coming to me, but he turned off into a room on the right. So, I go to the second window, a girl is standing there, she looked at me then walked off. Then a girl comes to the window, I tell her I was there to pick up my order, she yells " the next time go to the first window" as I was getting out that no one came to the first window, she slams the window closed. She comes to the window with my order, I then tell her I was at the first window, and I didn't appreciate her yelling at me, she cuts me off again and tells me to have a nice day and closes the window on me again. I call the manager, tell him what happened, he apologized but I was still heated. Get back to work; MY ORDER IS TOTALLY WRONG!!!! I had to go back. I appreciate Abe refunding me my money, and offering me a gift card, but I told him I will not be back.

But who do you turn to when you need someone you can count on to get an important job done? Your boy, right here. That's who! Ok, on to the important stuff... I can say I really "love(s)" this place a lot more than the spot across the street I previously reviewed. It is clean, has a walk-in beer cooler, and food that is made to order. They have burgers, hot dogs, and brats. I got a California Cobb salad with guacamole and fresh bacon. The salad was a nice size. Your order from a touchscreen kiosk and then pay at the counter. When your food is ready, they call your number. No fuss. The workers were kind and helpful and joking around with me. The place is also easy to get in and get out (which was not the case at the other gas station earlier in the week. That was a nightmare.) So, when I'm heading through Ohio, Sheetz is gonna be my new gas station that I'll be looking for.

I did not go inside the convenience store this time because I don't have time. I was just stopping for gas this time around, but I did notice that on the gas pump TV screen it was kind of dirty and the push-button - the area where you enter your card information - is awfully dingy and grimy so it's kind of gross and could use a good cleaning. Other than that, they have a bunch of pumps to accommodate a lot of cars.
