I was just involved in a court case, with this unprofessional disgraced attorney. This woman was heard loudly gossiping about the alleged details of her upcoming case (prior to the hearing), in a lobby full of people. She ended her uninformed rant, by loudly exclaiming: They give me all the great cases!... If Nancy went back to Law school, maybe someone other than the State would hire her? (and teach her how to dress, as well).

Doesn't verify information with the association and attempts to bully with a lawsuit and doesn't back up his claims. Ends up being a complete pushover. Generates more lawsuits with their recklessness, potentially trying to increase their billable hours. Ends up creating more headaches and costs than just dealing with it yourself.
