He made a pitstop at a gas station bathroom claiming he had to use eyedrops! People were beeping and honking at us as we constantly swerved in front of them. It was so bad my father-in-law offered to drive. We were actually frightened. While our return transfer was much better, neither driver offered to help my elderly in laws with their luggage in and out of the car. They were both tipped extra anyway. When we returned home from our trip and I called the limo service to complain, the owner swore to me that she would issue a refund right away. She not only didn't issue the refund but she overcharged me on both trips. I previously called to question the amount and had to leave a message. No one called me back. I was charged over $900 for round-trip transportation to the airport that actually endangered our lives! Never using this company again!!

Over the past few years I have never and I mean never had one issue. Moon and Taz are professional business people. They understand what your needs are and cover everything. Cars are immaculate, almost like they were detailed just before picking you up. Whether it's Moon or Taz, they dress and act like real gentlemen. The dress aspect is a pet peeve of mine. One service we used had a driver show up in shorts and a Hawaiian shirt. The car is always stocked with soft drinks, beer, and liquor, albeit limited, which is understandable. Unlike some other companies that provide bottled water and dirty glasses. Their pricing is on or below the competition. I could go on all day but I suggest you try them when you need a professional limousine service. You won't be disappointed.

I didn't even have to speak with anyone; the reservations were confirmed via e-mail and text messages, and the driver showed up on time for both trips. In addition, our cruise let us off the boat a lot later than originally anticipated, and the driver was extremely understanding (I guess they deal with that sort of thing all the time in this business) and waited patiently for us to disembark from the ship. Reserved a 6am pick-up to LaGuardia yesterday afternoon. Got a confirmation email with a…read morereservation number. 6:00 am... No car. Ok, maybe they hit a little traffic. 6:10... My husband calls and they say they we don't have a reservation. My husband says we have a reservation number. Dispatcher says he'll call us back in 2 minutes. 5 minutes later, my husband calls again. They found the reservation and the car is 10-12 minutes away. 25 minutes later the driver calls saying he's 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later (6:50am... That's 50 minutes of standing in the driveway), a guy pulls up in his personal car saying dispatch just called him. Luckily we budgeted ourselves a little extra time before the flight but it was still much closer than I would've liked. When catching a flight (you even enter your flight info on their website), paying over $100 for a ride to be an hour late is not acceptable. We could've had an Uber there by 6:20 and paid less but unfortunately we trusted this company.

Know what to expect!…read more Lots of fond memories at the Greenport LIRR station as its the last connection with the city before you're ferried off to the magical island of Shelter, but enough about my memories. It's a small station which only accommodates 2 double decker cars coming out of Ronkonkoma. The station and facilities for that matter are bare to the bone and on your return trip to the city you'll be buying your tickets on board (no machines for purchasing on the platform). If you're coming back west, make sure to get to the train early, during peak season give yourself 20+ minutes and don't be that person who puts their luggage on the seats. Otherwise getting to Greenport and the North Ferry, the LIRR is one of the easiest ways to travel.

The drivers are from Eastern Europe or something and there accents are a heavy so be ready to repeat yourself. I have been using them for a while now but they still don't say my name right. Overall good value for the price you pay, I am happy and will continue to use them.
