For instance, when my ears were ringing loudly and painfully I told the doctor and after my adjustment the ringing stopped. Secondly, I suffer chronic depression and fatigue. I wake up during the night because of headaches and I always feel "blah". It was not busy when…read moreI was there (my nurse said maybe like twelve patients total during her shift) and I felt that I got top-notch treatment and attention. I had to have a CT scan and they had to have someone come in to do an ultrasound. Then they arranged a transfer to another hospital, as they are a smaller facility and I needed specific services that only a larger hospital was able to provide. The doctor and the nurses were all very kind and helpful. My 5 year old was with me and I was quite ill and not doing a great job of parenting him, but they were very kind and patient with him. They brought him snacks and Gatorade and even though he was very active, running all around, they never batted an eye or made me feel bad for his high level of energy. He was worried and I know that day in the ER was not easy on him. I am very appreciative of everyone there.

I have been a patient for over 4 years and have always had insurance through the Military. I am getting deployed and my insurance with Tricare got messed up so they are showing me as not being covered, however my unit assured me that I would be covered once everything was straightened out with the military and would be back dated to October 1st. I would have been covered for my sons office visit, but North West Ohio Orthopedics is only concerned with making money and not the patient. I had an appointment set but they called me back about another appointment and informed me that I did not have coverage and asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment. Basically telling me they were cancelling my appointment in other words. At this point I was a little floored and upset instead of asking me about the insurance they just wanted to cancel my appointment. The military would have paid for the visit just like they have every other time. I am now in search of an office that I can trust my kids will be able to get an appointment while I am gone even if the Military messes up my insurance. Glad this happened now instead of when I was actually deployed.
