Poor communication with customer. Was told two versions of a nebulizer equipment being delivered.

I would never recommend this medical supply company to anyone. The left never knows what the right is doing. Very little if any medical/equipment knowledge. You're always being transferred around to different individuals that give you different information, there is absolutely no consistency. Service is garbage. Just find another company... there is no need to add Additional stress to one's life. read more

Do not do business with this company, they are a major ripoff. They changed my $230 for replacement tubes, which they said was covered by my insurance. Scammers for sure. read more

Still waiting for my CPAP machine. They have had the prescription since Wednesday it is now Monday. First I was told they were waiting on supplies, now I am told they were waiting on paperwork! WTF! My script had all the info on it and a medical supply company without supplies! SMH! Bad business model! read more

Awful, do not use this business! I was charged after being told the cpap machine was covered by my insurance. My insurance did pay Sheldon medical and they are just trying to get get extra. They first called it a rental fee and then after I said we were never told of a rental fee they switched the wording to it is a co-pay fee. They will always try to make another buck even though they have collected more than enough. read more

I was given the wrong size mask because air constantly blows from the top and bottom of the mask. The seals on the mask do not prevent air leaks. I called to ask if Sheldon as a courtesy would be willing to send a smaller cushion, the first rep said she would send a cushion out. I later discovered that I would be charged and the cushion sent wasn't even a smaller size. Since receiving this machine, I haven't had a good night sleep. The manager at Sheldon said on her end the seal looks fine. I tried to explain to her that's probably because I'm constantly adjusting the mask throughout the night. I haven't received the wrong cushion, but Sheldon has already billed my insurance. I was told to send the cushion back once I receive it and they will refund my insurance. The manager wasn't listening. She kept saying I would have to pay for the original mask. I kept explaining to her that I didn't have a problem with paying for the original mask, I wanted Sheldon to fix their mistake of providing the wrong size mask with a smaller cushion. Sheldon has done nothing to make this process easier for me the customer and it was their fault. I'm very unhappy with this company. read more
