At that price I can go to any other car wash and get a much better service. There is no staff so no way to complain and the bill didn't show up until a few days later on my statement. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this car wash to anyone. I would much rather drive 20 min to Arvada or Winchester for a Car wash

I have been using this car wash almost daily for the past two weeks and I am very happy with the…read moreservice and prices! They have several large, well-lit bays for self-washing your vehicle. You can use a credit card and it will just run a meter while you wash (you don't have to deal with the countdown timer and the "add more money" beeping this way....). When I did a full deep-cleaning of my super dirty 3/4 ton pickup truck (including washing out 6 months' worth of grime from the truck bed and detailing my wheels) it cost me $11 to run the wash for about 10-15 minutes straight (maybe longer) -- when I do a "normal" wash a few minutes in length, to keep my truck free of dust and dirt or snow/ice, it costs $2-4. They keep warm water running slowly through the machines so the tubing and handles are never frozen and the good water pressure combined with warm water cleans really well even on cold days. There are 4 vacuum stations that are very reasonably priced ($1.00 for 4 minutes of "regular" suction, and $1.50 for 4 minutes of "turbo" suction -- which actually IS turbo enough to get embedded dog fur out of floor mats and cloth seats, for example!!). The vacuum stations have a shampoo option when it is warm out (they tape off the shampoo option when it is below freezing temperature) I have not tried the shampoo option, but have been very pleased with the effectiveness of the normal and turbo vacuum options. I *LOVE* this place, and I am so happy I found it :-) They have 2 change machines, and during the day the car wash has an employee in the nearby service station who can help you out if something breaks or you can't get change. Great place. Word of Warning -- if you wash on a cold day, beware of slick icy patches at the entrance/exits of the wash bays, where the mist from the spray turns quickly to ice. I've almost wiped out a few times, you just have to walk carefully and not hurry as you go around your vehicle and you'll be fine :-)

The passenger side of the car wasn't completely vacuumed, and the center console was never dusted or wiped down. Attention to detail is what separates a good car wash from a great one, and unfortunately that was missing during my visit. It felt like the job was rushed and that no one took the time to ensure the work was done properly before returning the vehicle. Based on this experience, I can't recommend Gloss. There are too many missed spots and unfinished tasks for the price. The overall impression I got was that they simply don't care enough about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction. I expected much better.

I don't know what they are supposed to wipe down but I had to come home and wipe down my entire interior. Before I left there were lots of spots on the window. I was trying get them with a tissue and someone finally saw me and redid the windshield. The back window has several long drip marks bc the car wasn't dried. They use consumer grade window cleaner sold on Amazon for under $3. I had to clean bugs off that the wash didn't remove. What a complete waste of money. Won't happen twice. --------------- What a canned response. If your company was interested in fixing the problem you would. Too many people complain about the same thing. Clearly you're not addressing the problem.
