The gas pumps are well distanced apart and the roof provide a lot of clearance for trucks to fit in. I drive a super tiny car and it is chaotic filling up gas here. I was down to 40 km of gas and this was the closest gas station from where I was. They are located just 4 mins off from the pattullo bridge. This gas station has everything. It is connected to a Triple O for those who wants to pick up a quick bite. There is an auto car wash at this station. There is also a convenient store for those who wants to pick up a few items on their way. Also note that this gas station is located in the corner in a busy /high traffic area. So no right left turns. It can be chaotic.

However, if I choose the supreme plus gas, I would be charged at the regular gas price. I'm like, cool! So I did as instructed. While I was pumping the gas, my eyes started wandering around. I noticed that the other pumps didn't seem to have a sign. But I was almost done, so I let the supreme gas finish pumping. I double checked the receipt, and no I was not charged the regular price, but the supreme plus price ($0.27 difference). I went into the store to ask the cashier about it. I have a feeling she knew something was wrong because she was looking at me through the window as I was walking in. I believe I started our conversation politely enough (telling her that I was expected to be charged less), but right away she said very snarkily that the program was over. Her bad attitude got my back up right away, so I asked in a manner that was probably not very nice if I would be getting a refund because the sign was still up on the pump that I used. To which she asked when did I pay for the gas (in a manner - in my opinion - that implied she thought I was stupid)? I replied maybe a couple of minutes ago (the pump was pay at the pump, once I stop pumping my card is charged). Again she reiterated that the program was over and that I already paid. Fine. I then said in a loud voice that they need to take off their signs. I mean, it's not rocket science to make sure the signs are changed as needed. There was a male employee changing garbage can bags outside the store, and I saw him looking at us through the window. As I stomped away from the store back to my car, he followed me and then forcefully ripped the sign off the pump. I could hear the cashier talking to him (via a walkie talkie or via the pump speaker), bad mouthing me and saying I was impatient. Whatever. The total difference is only $12.54, however it's not the amount that matters. I'm not happy with the staff's terrible attitude when they are confronted with their own ineptitude. Of course, I will own up that I got super irritated, but my irritation was cause by the employees attitudes. I hope the Owner and/or Manager of the gas station sees this review, and I hope some training will be implemented for their staff on how to handle customers! I will not go back to this particular Chevron with the bad employees, I'd rather give my money to other Chevrons.

As I've never bring my car to an automatic car wash before, I'm quite clueless on how it works. The staff was very kind and explained the process very well. I also found out I could redeem my PC optimum points for a free car wash (any type for 10k points). I'm not sure if you can do the redemption at the pump or if it's only inside the store. You get a $2 off any car wash when you get gas. And you can add the car wash option at the pump. Without the discount the basic car wash starts at $13.99 or $15.99. I remembered it being quite steep. The price chart is available at the cashier and I forgot to take a picture of that. The wash is pretty good and I can see the dust and grime being washed away by the high pressured water. I think the front of my car is cleaner than the rest. I've gotten gas here before and it's quite the usual process. If you're collecting pc points, I find it's better to get your card scanned at the store. Somehow my points tend not to show up when I do it at the pump. Maybe it's just my card. Location is quite convenient too. Near the willingdon and kingsway junction.

This kind of car wash is only few in lowermainland where high impack cleaning technique is used. When you gas-up you get a $2 discount on any kind of carwash you want, aside from not so expensive the result is good, and one more advantage is they are open 24 hours. Good location along kingsway near metrotown. Most of the time there is a line up in here that only shows a lot of patrons are happy with the result. I highly recommend this place for those who loke a touchless careash.3 thumbs up
