I've been using this gas station for a good 2 years when I'm in this part of town or bypassing it. Each visit is on my motorcycle, so there's plenty of reasons why I favor this one. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Convenient access to I-15. 12 gas pumps to serve customers and enough wide space for vehicles to pass those still at the pumps. The parking lot is wide enough as well & has 3 wide entrances. Staff is friendly & the usual quick grabs of bottled waters/ drinks/ candies/ chips/ ice cream are available. 2 bathrooms and an ATM machine inside the convenience store. I'm a big fan of this gas station because its close to the 15 and the prices are excellent. They have a rewards programs which can save you about five cents if you give them your email address. We get gas here so we can use the rewards points we earn from shopping at Ralphs. Their prices are the least expensive of the other Shell stations around town. For every $100 dollars spent in a given month at Ralph's market, you get a .10 cent a gallon discount off the pump price. Typically we save .40 to .50 cents a gallon with our points. At .50 cents off their pump price they are little better than Costco without the wait. If we don't have enough points we go to Costco! The staff there are nothing to rave about and don't offer any help if you ask for anything. The place is clean and their equipment always seems to be in good order. read more

Usually the least expensive gas station of the bigger brand names (Chevron, 76, and Shell) in the area. Well-lit with a good dozen pumps and separate diesel. Convenience store has the norm. But if you want more than just junk food, then you also have a pizza joint and fast food steps away. Not sure about restrooms since I usually just go to Jack for that. No car wash. Oh, each pump has its own monitor with commercials on it. Usually the volume is on pretty loud. So on quiet nights or mornings, it might startle you with, "wake up with an energy drink." Great beer but terrible customer service. After swiping my card twice for payment when prompted, another employee/manager steps out (Annette) to lecture the employee assisting me that he cannot accept a credit card because it is over the $75 limit. She doesn't even address me to apologize for the misunderstanding or inconvenience or say what her next step was, but rather all focus is on him and his apparent error. Finally I ask (since it hasn't promoted me to sign quite yet after swiping my card) if it will give me a receipt showing it was voided or credited. She finally acknowledges me with a simple yes. Zero communication on her part she appears to proceed to ring up the beer again and I now use my debit card as it is clear to me a credit card will not suffice to make the purchase yet again. She then hands me two receipts, one for the original purchase and now one with a credit/return on my debit card instead of my credit card? Obviously confused I asked why she has credited my debit card as she never prompted me to put in my original card for the credit. Her rude reply was "you were in charge of putting your correct card in!" Hopefully she will work on her customer service and communication skills in the near future. Also the policy regarding credit card purchases should be more clearly marked or at least shared with employees and customers. read more

I wS having car troubles (water ump going out) and stopped to wait for help. While waiting I went into the store and purchased $25 worth of over priced drinks and snacks. After my purchase I asked if they could turn on the water/air. They asked if I bought any gas. I said no just this stuff (showing the bag) to the girl who just took my money. She said I can turn it on ONLY if you bought gas. Isn't it California law that they have to turn it on? I will never buy anything from this place again read more

Cashier is rude and made me remind her 3 times to activate the air machine. By law they are supposed to provide free air but like other reviews they make you show proof of purchase. You would think that after filling your truck up with $80 worth of gas she would be happy to activate the air machine...I guess not.
