Generally not anything all that exciting about gas stations, but I can always get in and out quickly whenever I visit here, which is the main thing I care about. And today the attendant working outside was kind enough to come up and assist me without being prompted when he noticed I was having some difficulty at the pump using my credit card. Now I don't know about you, but I'm of the mind that there's a lot to be said for good customer service, considering how rare it is to find these days. So as far as gas stations, go, I consider this one in particular to be a five star experience. read more

Went inside to pay for $40 worth of gas. I also bought some mints. My total charged to my debit account was 42.95. We out to pump 2 to pump the gas. The pump was not reset. Went back inside and asked for help the manager came out and told me that he was going to need to run my card again. I said no. He told me the charge would fall off my account. This location is the worst. Not once but *twice* now I've needed to fill up a rental prior to returning it and have had problems. The first time I waited almost 15 minutes before someone came out. The second time I waited 10 minutes and nobody ever came out--I had to race to another station to refill the rental before the return office closed. The first time this happened I was given a sheepish excuse along the lines of "I didn't see you waiting". The second time there were people waiting at almost every pump and still nobody came out. Me(Lyft Driver) picked up an employee(Mark) from this gas station. On his 2 mile road home he did not not like the directions that the Nav was suggesting. He got very upset and pulled a knife on me! Police was called. Talked to Manager John the next day. He refusesd to terminate that employee because he said he was "short staffed" already. Very poor customer service when filling gasoline tank. The attendant was lazy and didn't want to wait at my car, since it was hot and it needed someone to hold the nozzle or else it would keep popping off. So I volunteered to hold it myself. Attendant was very curt, and acted in a disrespectful manner. With gas being as expensive as it is, I don't recommend this location. read more

Rebuilt and reopened! Gassing up is never fun; it is something I tend to put off until my car is running on fumes, then I find myself forced to fill 'er up immediately before I can brave the freeway home for who-knows-how-long. You know that "I wonder if I'll make it?" feeling...and the "Whew!" that follows when you arrive? So, it was kind of a shock to see this station reduced to a pile of rubble behind an unfriendly chain link construction fence last winter--completely demolished. This is the only service station near the Hwy 217 / I-5 interchange, and it has saved my bacon more than a few times. After many months it is finally open, all shiny and new. Hooray! I've always had efficient service here, and while it can be a bit tricky to get into the driveway due to mass traffic heading to and from Kruse Way (think Frogger, but in a car), you can't beat the location in times of need. Spotless floors! Impeccably clean inside. Really attractive 40 year gal paying for gas in line in front of me. Two pristine microwaves front and center when you come in. I would totally buy a burrito there, use their microwave and hang out in there eating the burrito for five minutes- it was that clean and inviting. I usually don't do this but the older dude, possibly Indian (sorry it's just a good descriptor) was so rude to me tonight. (Not to mention last night when he was rude to several people as I waited in line and he was ridiculously slow. It seemed like the young lady working there had to press the buttons on his computer. He would scan stuff and then just stand there blank faced waiting for her.) My power has been out for several days and I'm staying at a nearby hotel. I came to get some snacks and stuff as they were the only place open. From the start he rolled his eyes when he saw me come in. He scanned my items and shoved them at me. After my transaction I asked for a bag (forgot to ask before and apologized for forgetting) he then stared at me, rolled his eyes, let out a huge sigh and said "do you have a nickel?" and I said no but I'm happy to run my card again, again I apologized for my forgetfulness. He said something I couldn't really hear and then said to disregard it this time. I laughed and told him there was need to be so rude and apologized for inconveniencing him. Nine times out of ten I always go to this location to fill my gas tank. Why you ask? The amazing customer service. Every single staff member that works at this establishment loves their job. Or at least they act like they are happy to be there. Never have the attendants been rude or acted like they hate their job. Horrible customer service from the gas station attendant. I pulled up to get gas (90 degree day) turned off my car and waited. It started getting really hot so I stepped of my car and at the same time another car backed into the lane to the other pump. The attendant proceeded to go help them first and then leaned against the pump to chat. I then asked if he was going to help me and I admit I was a little irritated and he told me that he did not see me and if I had a problem I could tell his manager because he did not care to hear it. Yeah this gas station really sucks. Avoid it if you can. Twice now I have sat at the pumps for roughly 5 minutes and no one comes out. I can see them in there walking around talking but doing nothing to help customers or the business. The other thing is I came in last week to get air in my tires, pulled all the caps off the wheels prior to paying money, payed the $.75 and was only able to top off 3 tires. So the air pump runs for a total of about 1.5 minutes. I pointed it out to an attendant and he laughed said that is how it is now days at all gas stations. Seriously avoid this gas station if you can. It is terrible. read more

Higher price than other stations within a mile or two. If you pay cash, you estimate the cost and pay. Then wait. Then you can get a refund if you over paid, but take your receipt. If you want a full tank but underestimate, you need to estimate again. Won't go back, and I live close to the station. read more

I wish I could give negative stars! I pulled up as the only car and after a while a second car pulled up who was immediately greeted by an attendant before me. After which the same attendant crept up and tried to startle me by jumping out near my window and saying "BOO". I was not amused as I had been waiting with a hungry toddler in my vehicle. I did not complain about him helping the other car first nor did I make any rude comments, I simply asked to fill my car and handed him my visa with lack of amusement. THE NEXT THING I KNOW, he slams the gas pump into my vehicle so hard that it was very loud and shook my car and startled me and my little one. He then intentionally dropped my visa onto the floor of my car and sarcastically said "oops, sorrry". Afterwards he flicked my receipt at me and repeated his same sarcastic apology. I confronted him for his name to speak to his manager and he refused to give it to me and walked away saying "I don't know what you are talking about". His co-worker told me his name was Mark. I later called and spoke with the manager, John, who said he had a hard time believing what I was telling him but said he would talk to him. It was obvious he couldn't have cared less. UNBELIEVABLE. Worst experience every. I paid cash inside. 2 employees working inside. 1 employee working the pumps. 4 cars getting gas including mine. I am waiting by my car hoping the gas pumping employee will come over to me, next. I got 2 kids flipping out in my car (both are under 3 years-old), wifey trying to calm them down. Another 2 cars pull up and the employee goes over to the car that just pulled and starts pumping there gas. Kids are still screaming and 3 minutes have gone by since I paid. So, I take the pump and start pumping my gas. Of course that gas pumping employee comes over a minute later and sees the gas is already being pumped. He looks me in the eyes with a cold mean stare and says "It's a legal to pump your own gas." I return this cold mean stare and explain if you did your job I wouldn't be pumping my gas. This kid runs inside and tells the manager what just happened from his point of view. Another employee comes out to pump my gas. She was real nice. I go back inside to get my change. The manager told me it's illegal to pump my own gas. I apologized and before I knew it I had another customer verbally beating me down for pumping my own gas. This is my local gas station so I knew the manager that was working and again I started to explain why. The customer turns around and tells me it's a $500 fine. I told him to mind his business and he tells me it is his business.(sipping a 120 oz refillable mug, candy, over weight aging grumpy and frumpy older man) Picks up his cell phone and calls 911. Lol. I again apologize to the manager, state my reason and ask for my change. He looks at me and says its cool man and gives me my change. The customer comes out and takes my license plate down and I can hear him giving to the 911 dispatcher. I'm taking my kids to Fort Vancouver to see the museum so I'm not waiting around for the cops to show up .Manager didn't give a crap about it but this hero had to save the day. Waiting for the SWAT team to show up at my house but while I'm waiting I had to write this review. The manager was like 20 years old and didn't give a crap about managing that place. read more
