It's a bit scruffy but there are all the communities of what you would expect to have: drinks food a couple of tables auxiliary products related to cars and of course gasoline. On return, there's a dedicated bus stop outside the terminal with a call button for the bus, and you're on your way. It even tracks the bus on an LCD screen and gives an accurate ETA. The price is competitive and it's convenient. I'm knocking off a star because the checkout is not particularly efficient. They give a discount for customers with loyalty cards, but then you have to use the counter and not the automated machines. So what ends up happening is you and the 20 other people that just got off the bus queue and nobody uses the machine. This is a technical issue they should resolve.

It looks like an Apple store and it is clean enough to perform open heart surgery in. The technicians are very knowledgeable and often you see quite exotic cars there, especially from Russia. It seems the Russians trust the service center in Helsinki way more than the one in St. Petersburg.
