Save your money. This damn place is a scam. I recommend any Tint World for state of the art window film. Also its precision cut and the tint is high quality! The customer service is worse. I believe in taking care of people. Its not always about a dollar. When you take care of your customers they will keep coming back this sh!t hole is the worse I've ever seen and I've had plenty of cars with awesome tints job but now Im riding around with ugly windows thanks to these guys! I bought my 2014 Cadillac CTS4 3.6L three years ago. I bought it at an auction through my dealer and it was still under manufacture warranty. At 35,000 miles it was pretty well worn. I have it under dealer care still at 78,000 miles. I have never had it detailed before. I have recently moved. And for most of its life with me, it was parked in an underground parking lot. I have a car wash monthly subscription. And until February of this year. The interior was regularly vacuumed. Other than that, I have never really had strong esthetic car care. I met Marvin through my lovely wife, less than a year ago. He is an awesome man. Full disclosure, he is like family to me now. He was among the few invited to my wedding this past July. All that being said. I want you to know that his detailing work is the best I have ever seen. I thought I was being biased myself. The next day I took my car to the gas station. Two people stopped me while I was pumping gas. One person said, "...this is the cleanest car I have ever seen." He then asked me for IDM Detail's phone number. The other guy owned a local body shop. The car attracted him to me. We started a conversation and now I might have a new Real Estate client out of it. I have fallen in love with my car again. Marvin, buffed and polished a shine in my car I have never seen. And the interior smells like a clean the factory needs to put in its new cars off the lot. I highly recommend IDM Detail. I needed…read moreair for my tire it was pretty low so I will go to the place nearby and guess what I got two dollars worth of quarters went outside to one of the air pumps made sure the switch was on air not vacuum and it did not work. I tried adjusting the pressure that didn't work. The glass protecting the numbers was all broke up so it looked like the machines both air vacuum machines haven't been tended to in a long time. So I go in and tell the guy working behind the counter a foreign guy and I let him know that he has ripped me off $2.00 I explained to him the air pump does not work he says air pump no work no it does not. You took my money and I'm pretty sure you know it doesn't work. He say it was working, I say you know it doesn't work but you keep charging people to use them. Be honest put a sign up that says they don't work. Instead of ripping people off. Don't go there they are theives.
