Wish I could understand what the guy is saying as he is not English and he mumbles when he asks if I want a vat receipt in Which I have to ask several times to repeat. I guess it's because it serves the whole Chineham/Lychpit/Old Basing area. So if you've left it to the last minute to get fuel, and you're in a hurry, you're probably going to be frustrated when you see the queues.

He wanted me to dictate what to check in the vehicle. when I told him to just do the 15 checks advertised on the website, he was condescending and said I just needed a free service. This auto centre has the least care for customer satisfaction, although the service I request was free as quoted on the website but I've been using Halfords services for quite sometime (different garages) and never I experienced such humiliation.
