The landscaping is always pristine, the guards at the gate are friendly, and it definitely reminds me of country club type of living. There are different residences to choose from if someone was looking for a house in this development. They do have high-rise towers, as well as condos and single-family homes. Where my family lives, their house is backed up to a preserve. So it's pretty incredible to see wildlife sometimes in their backyard. The golf courses are immaculate and every other service including the clubhouse to the club pool are always exceptional. I really cannot say anything bad about this neighborhood. So if anyone is looking to rent or to buy, this place is definitely the place to live.

It is easy to walk if you are inclined. There are three par 4 holes with the rest at par 3. Water, sand, and trees make up some great challenges. No tee time reservations needed. Walk on anytime. (It can be crowded when the morning leagues are starting). Not a fancy place, just "scruffy" enough to make the experience very enjoyable. And the price is as far as I know at least a third lower than any other 9 hole play in Cape Coral.
