This photographer was very unprofessional, erratic, and produced subpar products. She refused to…read moretake our input on the photos we wanted to take, we gave her ideas on poses that were unique and had personality, and she showed up to the wedding late and with an AI generated pamphlet of 5 or so generic poses. When she reached out with the final product she gave us images that had black artifacts, discoloring all throughout the images, and faces that were unrecognizable, then listed countless excuses. One being her computer crashed, then it was that she saved the images too many times, then turning and saying we edited the images to ruin her business (after we paid for her work?). Afterwards she finally said that she doesn't know how to edit photos and used AI tools to do her work for her. She attempted to redo the photos about 4 times, but there were no changes even after we permitted AI tools (we felt it was disingenuous to use AI as that isn't really capturing the moment my wife and I wanted). Throughout this process, she got heated and tried to charge us an extra $3000 just because her editing was making our photos look like they were recovered from a fire. I'm not even sure the photos she took were even recoverable, because again she tried to charge us an obscene amount of money just to look at her original work. The most upsetting part is we tried our very best to reason with her. Lizzie even started cursing at my wife over her own ruinous work, sending paragraphs of borderline harassment because we wanted to treasure our wedding. It was really upsetting that she cared more about her 'artistic vision' with AI than producing a perfect memory for something we care about deeply. I don't recommend working with Lizzie, we never once felt comfortable with her work, professionalism, or even her passion. After trying to reason with her she blamed us for ruining her 'love' of photography, and said she'd never do it again. Look elsewhere if you don't want an overpriced mess and irresponsible person to cover your once in a life time moments.

Extremely disappointing.*** We hired this photographer for our wedding and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. There were repeated issues with image quality, including noticeable graininess and compression artifacts that were acknowledged by the photographer as a result of repeated JPEG saving. We requested simple, clean edits and asked that AI-based tools not be used, which led to escalating and emotional responses rather than a collaborative resolution. Communication became increasingly unprofessional, including messages placing blame on us as clients, expressing extreme distress, and stating that we were responsible for making the photographer want to quit their business. We never questioned the photographer's talent, we only asked for clarity, consistency, and usable images from an important life event. Multiple revisions were attempted, but the process was stressful and left us feeling dismissed rather than supported. For privacy reasons, we will not be sharing the photos publicly, and we do not grant permission for our images to be posted elsewhere. Anyone considering this vendor should be aware that concerns or preferences around editing style may not be received professionally, and communication under pressure was not handled well in our case. We wish the outcome had been different, but we cannot recommend based on our experience.
