She knew all about the fittings, safety regs, could relay her own experience and overall was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I'm not sure if she is one of the managers here but she should be if not. They stock a vast range of prams, buggies and baby related stuff - top tip: parking is around the back and you get to it from the main junction traffic lights. They'll happily come out and test-fit something in your car for you.

Prices are competitive and you will usually find that they are reasonable and of decent quality. We purchased the wave and then a week later I had baby brain panic and changed my mind on the colour I rang up and they changed it no problem after I had been worrying like mad.
