Over a dozen transactions in the last decade and most of them were major 6 figure remodels. I know what I know and am used to high stakes. Jared was super patient with me and always was my advocate. I can still hear him saying to me "I get it, it is not like you are buying a pair of shoes!" when I would push back on something.
