This is the worst service for insurance I've ever seen. We sold our house more than a month ago and…read moreinformed them before the sale to cancel our policy. They never did ... it's been 5 weeks now and they still haven't canceled. Finally called Farmers direct and they said the agent never canceled. They are sending documentation verification (which we already completed) again. Go any where else besides this company. We had the same problems canceling our auto policies. You couldnt try and give worse customer service. We're still not canceled ... now we're calling the state insurance commission.
