Never had to iron them. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk, she puts her hands on her hips and starts rolling her eyes at me giving me major attitude. She gets the owner on the phone. He tells me that when they fold the clothes, they "get wrinkled" and what I'm saying makes "no sense" I said how come when I dry and fold these same pants at home, they don't get wrinkled? Clothes don't "get wrinkled" because you fold them. He then tells me that I should have had them dry cleaned. Unbelievable . . .

She helped us choose which machine would work best and offered to swap the blankets from the washer and dryer (of course we gave her the quarters!) and she told me she would call when they were were done. I asked if the dry cleaners doesn't supply hangers for the clothes they've done and he tells me they haven't done dry cleaning in seven years. There was a language barrier between the girl who took my jackets and myself so possibly she didn't understand I wanted dry cleaning and she just took the jackets.
