After searching though every shop in Canterbury and being unable to find shoes for my daughters' (wide feet) I went to Peter Newman's as a last hope and was pleasantly suprised. Not only did they have a great selection of sizes and styles but their prices were fantastic. The staff are so helpful and spent over half an hour (at least) finding the right shoes. I bought two pairs of top brand makes (Sart-rite and Hush Puppies) for under £30. Bargain!

I have bought a couple of items from here not only have they been quite overpriced they have fallen to bits withing weeks. some items didnt even make it through a wash! There accessories are incredibly tacky and cost at least double to what they should ! You can not enter the shop without the bloke rushing over asking if he can help you and doesnt tollerate children very well! i think in futre ill stick to new look !

So, as usual I read their returns policy and generally snooped around to satisfy my conscience. I also, noticed the site provided a free phone number, which in the end proved useful when I made my first order. The site has an aura that denotes I just wonna have fun not taking itself too seriously but assuring to provide, not just high fashion shoes N bags, but equally a quality service. I found the site to be user friendly and to some extent interactive. Generally, it's a warm and pretty site with no complexities. I got my fresh pair of Lucille the next day and I was extremely pleased. Not only was the customer consultant polite and swift with my order but the packaging, I must say, was to a considerable degree impressive. I've since worn my Lucille's and made several significant footprints; touching many hearts as I've treaded along the streets, and stomped a few dance floors of London. Because I'm constantly on the look out for new stuff, I'm back on the site and seriously considering purchasing a gold clutch bag I've been giving my attention to.
