I'll be honest they were not my first choice (I was looking for an all-in-one, drywall/flooring) but I am VERY happy that I ended up working with them. The first thing that I loved was the communication! Sheri was AMAZING with scheduling and reaching out to me to get my home measured. Even following up to see if I had made any decisions to move forward with them. After literally months I reached out and they welcomed me back. I was able to come into the showroom to pick out flooring the same day that I called. I was able to get TWO quotes within 36 hours of choosing the two options that I liked. Upfront you are required to pay the cost for supplies (depending on your house size) and then the labor after the job is done. I will say I did have a week push back from the day that I was supposed to start HOWEVER, once they started they worked hard daily and got the job done in a week. They moved (and put back) the furniture that I could not move. They completed the job in a way that I would still have access to my home (with 2 boys). Came at the exact time that they said they would daily and all of the workers were very nice. Hyman is the "big man in charge". His communication is great, pricing is great, he and ALL of his workers are great. I highly recommend this company. My floors are beautiful, I got the tile that looks like wood. I don't know why it's so hard to find reliable communicators when trying to hire for house work. He texted me updates whenever possible and was super courteous. His price was also very reasonable. My bathroom was such an eyesore-moving into an older condo, the wall tile and bathtub had been refinished before, but not well. It was peeling, patchy, discolored-a couple tiles were even falling away. Brannon filled in some holes, redid the grout in a couple terrible areas, and made the tiles much sturdier for me before painting. The work took about two days for him to complete and I was amazed with the results-feels like a brand new bathroom!
