I dont normally write reviews for things but when I saw the one below I felt like I had to say…read moresomething! Iv been going to this shop for years and never had a problem. I always find the staff very helpful and chatty. And personally I know that they do refund items! Iv got items refunded there myself so I dont know what the other comment is in relation too, clearly someone has a bee in their bonnet about the shop but there is no need to be slanderous! 'No Comeback on anything' I know from experience that is a lie, i have changed many items there over the years. Personally I think the shop has a great selection and I love just going in there for a potter about to see what they have, I am always welcomed and the staff chat away to me weather im spending money or not, which I think is nice, a lot of human interaction is gone from shopping these days, call me old fashioned but I think that's half of it, the social aspect.

This a grand Dunnes, with both a department store and grocer on the same site…read more Today we were here for both and nabbed us some half decent towels for near next to nothing. We also did a food shop and got most of what we were after, except fresh lasagne sheets. We had to go to Tesco for that. Staff were very nice and chatty. I even noticed the security guy looking after a special needs boy while his parents did their shopping. I thought this was very good of him indeed.
