Sometimes I think people take more time to complain than to praise. But there is nothing but…read morepraise for Mr. Flynn, who was assigned to a family member's case, and with all things considered (personal info), Mr. Flynn got him the best deal possible. Without Mr. Flynn, things could have been much worse for this family member. Let me get specific...Mr. Flynn treated my family member with respect & compassion; he LISTENED to my family member and took into account the motive and reasons for something unfortunate that happened. Normal places and lawyers seem to want to churn through their clients, but not Mr. Flynn. Once the deal was offered, we pondered it together as a family. Mr. Flynn did not push my family member either way, just offered his expert advice and allowed my family member to make his own decision without pressure. After we met with the judge, Mr. Flynn sat with us again to explain everything in GREAT detail and answer any & all questions we had. We felt informed. We felt respected. And we felt that Mr. Flynn really cared out his client. I was taken aback at the way he immersed himself in our situation. Once all was said and done, Mr Flynn sat with me and told me that, although my family member did a bad thing (off his meds), he said that he believes this person to be a truly good person who found himself in a bad situation. I believe he truly, ooly cares. I will be grateful for that for a long, long time and yes...I would recommend Mr. Flynn to anyone smart enough to choose him. I told him to tell his mother that she raised him well. :)

If it wasn't for him I would have had a conviction, which would had not been good for my future even if it was just a misdemeanor. I am grateful for his services and I recommend Mr. Flynn to anyone who needs a good supportive lawyer. He is the best lawyer I have met in Arlington and his services are not overpriced like other lawyers. Thank you Flynn Law Firm, I will always recommend you.

Marina is a fearless and fearsome attorney…read more We navigated an extremely difficult case that lasted over 3 years against the most infamously stacked court systems in the country: the DC Federal District. As an attorney she stood by while I suffered withering public attacks against my character, going above and beyond our original contract in defending me not just in the legal courtroom but in the courtroom of public opinion as well. Even when my own resolve was flagging, Marina NEVER LET UP! She defended me with more ferocity than I would've defended myself! One of the greatest traits of her work is that she keeps the prosecution on the back foot. She doesn't wait for them to respond to her motions, but has the response to their response ready to go as soon as those federal prosecutors put down their pumpkin spice lattes long enough to show up to work. That's right, while the feds are busy laying about in an attempt to drag things on and drain your resources, she's WORKING. And as soon as they respond, BOOM! She's already countered their arguments. Talk about courtroom drama. She had them so backed in a corner, half of the DC DoJ flooded the court in an attempt to provide support to our prosecutors. An army of US Attorneys against just her and they knew they were losing. It was inspiring to see. But it's not just her legal knowledge and keen sense of tactics that give her such an advantage. It was what the Japanese refer to as Kokoro, or heart. Marina's valuable work ethic is the result of throwing her heart into the case. And that's not something you can say for most attorneys. Believe me, I used to work for an AmLaw 80 Corporate Law firm. I know attorneys. At the end of the day, the fees were beyond reasonable. In fact, I feel like I owe her far more than what I paid out. Hire Marina and you get more than an attorney. You get a decent, dedicated, and daunting human being. Highly recommend!

An excellent attorney who truly fights for her clients…read more As an attorney, I can honestly say that I have no hesitation sending Marina work. I know she will fight as hard as she can - tooth and nail - for clients. I have had good results with joint clients, and I am confident that no case is too complex for her to handle. Picking an attorney is about being comfortable and confident with your choice. I would recommend anyone looking for criminal representation to consider meeting with Marina to discuss their case - see for yourself that she is competent, hard-working, and savvy about the law. Bottom line - No one will fight harder than she will.

The quality of services provided by this DSK Low firm was by far substandard with obvious…read moredis-interest. I doubt they treat the paying clients the same way of this Pro Bono case. (Court appointed case). The firm services are border line unethical. The attorney associate representing us during the hearing did not know the case details, status, and evidence. I was surprised the attorney did not use the evidence in the court. He did not want to wait to defend his client who is already incarcerated, and officers need to bring him out to attend the hearing. Instead, he continued the hearing for another 3 weeks rather than trying to get a bond or get his client out of incarceration. When talking to him after the hearing, he was surprised with the evidence and on me: "I am not a social worker". please note I provided the evidence to the attorney trough his office and through text messages. during the 2 years, I was not able to talk to the attorney once. The office will not even give me the courtesy of replying to my communications. Not by text or email or phone.

Also I really liked DSK's communication portal. When you become a client, you can login and upload documents, send private messages to your attorney, etc. It was really great. After we reached a favorable settlement with the prosecutor, Rachel made sure I knew how to close out my case. Great experience with DSK.

As with any matter where you will need an attorney, you should choose wisely. I not only called close friends and spoke to close family members about any personal suggestions and came up with a short list of people to talk to. I called about 8 attorneys, spoke at length with about 5 of them, met with three of them and then finally selected Jason. Jason was quick on his toes and his trial experience was very apparent when it came down to the different testimonies - Jason was quick on his toes with insightful and quick remarks that seemed innocent but were strong blows to prosecution's arguments. Jason's rate's were certainly competitive but he is certainly not a second tier attorney. His office is littered with awards and distinctions but he does not boast about them nor his winning streak (of over 14 or so wins/favorable outcomes at the time of my case and was still counting). I will certainly keep Jason on my contact list in case anyone I know needs any of his services. Jason was more than accommodating to work with my tight work schedule and agreed to meet in convenient locations outside of his office since it was much easier for me and then I did not have to take off from work excessively. My case lasted for months and I must have appeared in court about 12 times or so. Jason was patient and didn't try to rush anything, even though the longer it drew out the more time he had to spend. Thanks Jason!

Absolute efficiency in all their work, detailed and punctual in their communication, and meticulous in their preparation of supporting evidence. Our minds were at ease throughout this whole process, and I feel that should speak volumes of the service they provided! Today April 28 got a call from law office we spoke for 15 minutes about my petition and I felt very pressured to change the star rating to some thing else as she is used to of all five star rating. After our discussion, I felt that she was too expensive highest from all I spoke to for just filling two forms in CEAC and felt really ripped off. I requested her to send me data via email which she never did. I just got a email in the evening from her that she cannot process my petition. This law office was too expensive and just pressuring me to change the star rating. Well she can claim any amount she likes to charge but any one with some IQ will not retain her too expensive. I am glad I am not retaining her in any way.
