It was quiet at night. It's also right off the bus 10 line. Our triple room was huge (room 101) and was next to the breakfast room. We had a nice 9 euro breakfast buffet a couple days and it was a great deal. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was hearty with coffee, juice, hot eggs, bacon and cold meats and cheeses with croissants and baguettes. Kind staff and would stay again!

He asked her about tickets to see a local site and she ended up finding him on WhatsApp and striking up a conversation, it was very unprofessional and very odd. So be aware of "romance" scams if this Petya woman gets a little too friendly during your stay.

This hotel has such a great location, it's just crazy! You're basically at walking distance from…read moreevery major tourist point. However, it is a little hard to get to via car since the streets are limited to local and business vehicles. However, if you're staying at the hotel, they do provide valet parking for your car for 15 Euros per day- which is great as we nearly got fooled by a public parking lot charging 30 euros! There are all kinds of local restaurants and tapas/bars right next to the hotel, all at a reasonable price. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because our room was non smoking, yet it smelled as if a chain smoker was standing inside the living room. Maybe we shared AC vents with another room? Not sure. Other than that, this hotel is one for the books and very much recommended!

Bathrooms came well stocked with little amenities (toothbrush & toothpaste sets, comb, sewing kit, shaving kit, shower caps) which is rare these days. They also had fluffy robes, slippers and a flat iron as well as a blow dryer. Lots of very hot water for the shower. The location is good and you can easily walk to restaurants and attractions. It would have been perfect except for the sullen, non-smiling staff and the elevator which does not take you directly to the floor. You will need to carry suitcases up a half flight of steep steps - pack lightly.

The famous Segovia Aqueduct is right down the street, Aqueduct plaza is maybe 10 minutes away walking. Tons of shops restaurants just down the street near the plaza. Good location for sure. Be warned that the space here--both in the lobby/stair area and in the rooms--is extremely tight, so much so that a very tall or claustrophobic person might be uncomfortable. Also, I would not recommend this hotel if you are driving, as the parking situation is difficult. That said, you can't ask for much better for the price! I particularly liked the view out of our street side window...it was fun to watch all of the storks and swallows swoop around in the sunset.
