Avoid this gas station at all costs (Dunkin' employees are always nice, but the Marathon employees not so much) They overcharge for everything! And their car wash takes your money and gives no receipts and when you try to get help, the employees are extremely rude for no reason and unhelpful. This gas station/ convenience store is on your right hand side of Sheridan heading West. It is right before Oakwood Plaza and last station before you get on 95. So therefore hubby starts to fill up with gas for our road trip. I go inside and buy ice for our cooler. Listen they had what we needed price was in line with what it costs. While I was there I stuck to the assignment and didn't waiver although I always get tempted by their candy selection as well as snacks and drinks. Too early in the trip for that and trying to be good and avoid the calories LOL for now! Definitely convenient location wasn't the first time we stopped here and won't be the last. read more

HORRIBLE people running this business! Extremely greedy when you ask politely to change a dollar for quarters. I came to this place and asked the man behind the counter to change my dollar to quarters. He said that he does not have any quarters. I bought a pack of gum and then suddenly he has quarters to give me for change. If this business does not want to change a dollar to quarters, they could have said they don't want to do it instead of claiming they do not have any change. I can see a big lie in this business when it comes to money. As a tourist, I would not support this business. STAY AWAY EVERYONE!! Even when you have to pump gas. There are better people with good hearts closer to the area than this one. I do not trust this business. I originally came in because my tire pressure was low. I wanted the quarters because the machine only accepted quarters. I can see that they do not care about people here and could care less if you get a flat tire. read more

Amir working the register was extremely rude , on his phone (personal phone ) whole customers are in line waiting to be checked out rolling their eyes because of how inconsiderate this man Amir is . Then when it is my turn I tell him He blows up yelling at me through the plexiglass it was pretty hilarious but at the same time very unprofessional. Telling me he has been working at this place for over 20 years and not to tell him anything about how to do business . I just smiled and said Amir , your name is all I need I'll be sure to write you a review telling others about your highly unusual way of providing customer service. I asked him for the bathroom " he said what you want, you want me to come with you ' this guy was either having a really bad day or 20 years at a job has him just completely hating life and over it. However it is no excuse to treat paying customers with such disrespect. My wife had stopped yesterday, 2 September, for a carwash. Nothing major there. However, at some point in this, she lost her wallet. (didn't discover this until about a half hour later). She called me (I'm overseas) and I said "Go back and ask them to look at the security tape. Maybe you'll be able to see where you dropped it." She did just that and was told "only managers have access to security camera footage." Okay, that makes sense. "When will the manager be here?" "I dunno. Please move to the side, lady" Well - she finally learned that the manager would be in today, 3 September. In the meantime, she canceled her credit cards, ordered a replacement driver's license, etc. She went back, explained the situation, and was met with rude "no. Not gonna look. Move out of the way - we have paying customers here." I'm sorry - she is a paying customer, too. She gets gas there regularly and just got a car wash the day before. Show some compassion. Nope. She calls me in a relatively agitated state. They had been pretty rude, terse, and overall unpleasant. What did I suggest? Call the HPD non-emergency number and see if THEY can COMPEL the not-so-helpful people to determine if a ne'er-do-well had absconded with my wife's belongings on THEIR property. Granted, if that's the case, Marathon isn't guilty of anything other than a complete lack of caring for their customers - but I hope it happens and serves as a lesson that we're all humans. We're all going through a lot right now. It would be pretty nice to show some darned humanity and try to help. And, no. We won't be returning to this Marathon station. read more

The service attendant is rude for no reason. I asked if the bathroom had a key and it he yelled that it was "over there." When I asked "where over there" he yelled again , "over there." The convenience store is a total and utter ripoff -- $5.99 for a gallon of milk? Even Publix isn't that brazen. But that's something typical of gas station stores. Conveniently, there's no price listed, so when you're paying you either have to put up with it or go return the item. The gas is averagely priced, but then again, with 3 other stations around it it really can't be any other way, so that's not saying much. The only positive thing I have to say is that it has a Dunkin Doughnuts inside, and it's always clean at least. read more

Audacity must be 2 for 1 yesterday imagine me and my daughter walking into this gas station before we go to the movies on (5/15/22)because nobody has the money to pay for movie theater snacks. my daughter grabs a juice that rings up $2.99, (maybe i should have just gotten from the movies) and I make a verbal comment ABOUT THE JUICE but at that point I'm ready to go. The cashier *throws*me a bag so I can bag up my items myself, how kind. We're leaving, I start thinking how did I just pay $11 for 5 things but its 2022 and I guess it's normal now. my daughter is holding her juice we are already at the car. This man comes running out like he's been robbed accusing me of stealing the juice WE TALKED ABOUT together. He proceeds to snatch it out of my child's hand, who's only 4, so now I'm pissed. I ask for a receipt cause now I've paid $11 for only 4 things. I see this "$2.33 charge " on the bottom and I go "what is this?" obviously it's the juice. If math is mathing correctly, 5 items on the receipt and 5 items in the bag means I paid. This dude goes "that's a tip"......excuse me what? Tip for what? Handing me a bag? I am not about to ruin my day and argue with a thief so I return all of it -he had nothing to say, as expected.
