I have a "forgotten" tooth. .Yep- He left a tooth in my mouth. Sinus perforation, infection, no follow up care instructions, no follow up appointment. Tried to have him compensate me for the work he did, so I could see another dentist. Instead, he hired a malpractice attorney to bully me and will not repay a dime.
