I just wanted to say that I purchased a pkg online for just under $600 in November 2024. Less than…read morea month later, I was very ill and couldn't go to my appointments. Then less than 2 months later, my car broke down and I was unable to drive there to go to any of my appointments so I wasn't able to use my pkg. I called several times later to try and get either a refund of the almost $600 or see about using the money I paid for 3 months of their new GLP-1 program. After speaking to a woman on the phone from another location, she said she'd call me back after speaking with Owner, Jacqui, but I didn't get a call after a week so I called that same woman again who​ finally said that Miss Jacqui had informed her that the GLP-1 program was through another company so No, I couldn't use the money I had paid for that program. She did however, say that they would extend my time to use the big pkg I purchased online till April 2025. I told her that I really needed my money back since I didn't have a car to get to Jasper to do the treatments. Anyway, I feel that it was very unprofessional in how I was done and was out just under $600. I had no idea that I was going to be without transportation. That was unforeseen. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! No wonder they closed their doors in Cullman, AL.

He did all over color to cover my grey and painted highlights, a gloss conditioning treatment, cut, and style. Carla is an expert Esthetician.
