Actually, I don't go here anymore. I went back the next year and both my husband and I were extremely unsatisfied with Sherman's behavior and performance...when I complained to him, he accused me of being argumentative and would, "Forward my complaints to his lawyers." He lied, and told me he filed an extension for me and he never did and was never able to show me proof that he did. He is very combative. He has a false storefront on the other side of town from his actual office; his actual office address can only be accessed via personally from them or by a once-per-year ad he sends out and his actual office (on the other side of town) is tucked way back away in a plaza that is off a non-busy road... I actually could not find one person in my area to do my taxes...so through a friend, I found the best tax person I have ever had in my 45 years of life. This her: Mai P. Found this place through yelp, I am very glad that i did. I went on their website and found out i didn't even have to come in to get my taxes done. The process using their Taxaroo service was very easy and convenient, sent all my paper work in and got a call from Rachel the same day. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and found deductions that i had not accounted for which translated to a return that was a quite a bit more than i expected.
