The guy in this shop is always very welcoming (even when busy) and will help you with whatever you need. I went in and asked about magic cards last week and he got everything down for me and let me read every packet so I could choose my favourite pack - no pressure, just left me to it which I thought was awesome. He understood his product and when I asked questions he had the answers I needed. He also has train sets in stock with everything a hobbiest of this nature would require. He has a lot of model kits in stock too which are what my family have always been interested in. He can get you whatever you need and can inform you what is coming out soon (which is very handy around Christmas when trying to buy something a fellow geek hasn't already got!) Extra notes: *** Closed on some weekdays (double check before traveling far) *** Card machine available in the shop *** Would be difficult for a wheelchair user... From toy soldiers to train sets and everything in between. It has a fantastic range of military models for all periods and associated accessories; paints, glues, scenery, tools etc. They tend to carry something for every pocket from the starter price right through to high end and if they don't have something they can usually order it. In addition they also have a lot of second hand items so it's great for grabbing a bargain every now and then. The staff are hugely knowledgeable and will assist where they can and unlike many places they try to sort out what you want to achieve not what will cost you the most. They want satisfied customers that come back not just a quick buck - hence the reason they have a loyal customer base who come back time and again. Very highly recommended.

This realy is the best model shop i have seen in ages way better than modelzone, the staff are very…read morefriendly and helpfull, they have new and 2nd hand items, a layout that takes up half the shop so you can see locos running before you decide to buy them, realy reasonable prices and have given me discount in past as i go there quite often either tradeing or buying stuff from them. easy to find ust down road from morley town hall, plenty of busses go out and stop just near the shop, they have a surpriseing amount for the size of the shop as they have filled every avalible inch of space thay can. there web site could do with updateing but like a lot of people they probably just don't have the time http://millennium-models.co.uk/ would highly recomend this shop or at least pay a visit

I have been wanting to go to this shop for ages but every time I went it was shut, well I finally…read moremanaged to go there the other day and it was open. My 1st impression of the shop was that it is quite small and as such I didn't really expect there to be to look at, but as soon as I walked in the door I realised I couldn't be more wrong, the shop is on 2 floors and is 1 of the biggest model/hobby shops I've ever been in and it is not a big name like model zone but the shop is bigger than any of there shops I've been in. As for what they sell there should definitely be something for every one as not only do they sell model railways but model kits, die cast cars and bikes, R.C. cars and boats etc, scalextric and even dolls houses as built or in kit form as well as plans to build them from scratch! Being interested in model railways that was the area of the shop I mainly looked at and that took up probably about 1 3rd of the upper floor so there was quite a selection although there 2nd hand section could be better but then again thats is probably down to how much stuff people sell to them and when. I went with my father and we had a good look round at everything they sell just to see what exactly they have and there website doesn't really show everything that they have so it is definitely worth paying a visit as you are bound to find something of interest even if you aren't into any of the hobbies there's a good chance you will find something interesting.

The staff in the Hobby hut are very helpful and seem to know about what they are selling.It is quite tucked out of the way but if you are into model making etc. then it is definitely worth seeking out. The shop is quite small and so sometimes you feel like it is a bit crowded but generally there are not many customers in at the same time.Prices are a bit expensive and some of the things can be found cheaper on the internet.
