We had a great offer on our home, but she refused to work with the buyer's agent in revising an addendum. She essentially stopped all communication with us and the buyer until the contract expired. She does not work with urgency. For example, I asked for the signed listing agreement, and it took 12 days for her to send; we agreed to increase the price but she did not process until 9 days later. When I requested a withdrawal of the listing, she refused. Our lawyer has contacted her twice to terminate our agreement, but she doesn't care. I've asked her to stop showing our home, yet she continues to do so without our consent. She does not respect our wishes, and she has made belittling comments towards my husband and I. We simply do not trust her. Our contract with her expires in 6 months, and it appears she will not release us until then because she does not believe she is at fault (she said it was mine). She clearly does not have her client's best interest. I am active duty military and no longer reside in state, and I believe she also took advantage of this. Beware! She is also the broker so answers to no one but herself! Update: She sent a withdrawal that essentially states we are to pay her what she believes is owed. We asked her to revise, but she has refused.

If you are a military person with VA loan, DO NOT use this agency as he will try to force you to put money down while you know you don't need to! He is not good to military families, yet goes on base (Langley and Fort Eustis) to advertise his business. You are better off using other agencies who will treat you like a human. He was not helpful and was never genuine. He made us feel like we were bothering him for asking questions that we have the right ask. He did not sell our recent home, however due to us signing a representative agreement, he made us pay him. Other realtors who are aware of serious issues we've had to experience in our home (gas leak), they nullify the contract as an act of kindness. Greg absolutely refused, and we thought we were good friends (like he says himself) so beware and DO NOT use this company. Again total scammer.
