My experience with Beverly was awesome…read more She was a referral from a friend of mine and boy were they right. After being unsuccessful selling my home with another realtor, I gave Beverly a call. She took what was a 90 day headache (previous listing contract) with the other realtor and made quick work of it all without a price reduction. I listed with Beverly, we went on the market Wednesday and had multiple showings in the first 72 hours. On Friday less than 48 hours after the listing went live we had an offer, Saturday we finalized that offer. Beverly did what the other realtor couldn't do in 3 months in less than 3 days .... again all without a price reduction. Beverly is a real estate pro and it shows. Starting with a lease property and then on to a home purchase. We were so extremely pleased with her services that when it came to selling my parent's home we knew that Vicki would be the only one to make that transition a very easy and smooth one for them. My parents (who are both in their 80's) had to move into a retirement community due to my mother's health issues and needed to sell their home fast.
