Carrie was the nicest most considerate and friendly manager. She went out of her way for me and my getting settled in. The thing I loved was that I always felt safe and secure their. She had answers for all of our questions. They have their system of showing you the units in such a seamless way that it made the whole experience of getting a unit so easy! Then upon unloading our moving truck, we met Phil while he was making one of his security checks. I chatted with him briefly, and he gave me the ins and outs of the facility. They offer insurance- or you can use your own. They'll give you a complimentary lock if you need one, as well. The hours of access are decent, and the price is fair. They gave notice that I had thirty days to move out without any lawful reason. I tried to reason by asking for the payment back and I never received it back. Joe mallozzi the reginal manager was not helpful and He kept telling me it was it was returned and it's was not. They sent a my letter back that I had sent them but not the money order. If they would have had said they lost the payment then could have understand but they lied to me and now it become a legal matter in small claims court. All I wanted was my payment back.
