Had lived 11 years with my Service'Animal & had cleaned record no damage floors..Plus, his guy said he had said he had sent him pictures of the damages and he hadn't. I know sometimes people can make mistakes. But come on now..My flooring was Beautiful everyone loved my floors, I even told the guy after I noticed the damage next time He needed extra heavy cloth so He wouldn't have another Incident like that.. now I've called & left messages for their Supervisor Victoria no answer. Even one of their associates called me & said that she had pictures of my flooring when salesman came at first. I said okay, so if you have pictures dated of the flooring showing damage before your contractor came I would love to see them & I would apologize. Cause I'm a Retired A/Force Veteran sometimes I forgot that's why I tell my brother & Sis and write things down. I was quickly told No you don't have to apologize. The solar lighting they installed on my garden boxes stopped working in less than six months -- completely useless. The garden boxes the installed are already swelling and I will undoubtedly have to pay a FAR MORE reputable company to undo the MESS that House Dr of Littleton created! They also had to reinstall my outdoor fan, which fell again less than two months after they left, because they apparently thought drilling 3" screws into a plastic outlet box would hold it. This is nothing short of reckless and unprofessional. To make things worse, they tried to bully me into paying an extra $13,000 without any explanation or justification. One of their employees showed up consistently high and, bafflingly, felt confident enough to leave me with weed of his own! The entire experience has been a nightmare of half-assed work, unprofessional behavior, and blatant disrespect. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sham of a business. Outside, we had them install a ceiling fan, hand rails for steps, and paint our concrete pad and under house doors, and all were completed professionally and with quality workmanship. Inside they have installed a whole wall of blackout curtains, sealed our double doors that were leaking at the front door, re-caulked around the baseboards and tub in the bathroom, and finally repaired the running board on our treadmill!
