I think I these ladies are amazing! They come with great attitudes and always greet my kids and animals right when they come! I feel safe knowing my things will not be messed with! My cleaning team consists of Gracey, Andrea and Aryana, they all have their checklist and go in separate places in the home to clean and meet in the middle! I have a good size home too and they do a beautiful job!! I haven't kept a house cleaner around long past their first visit and they are staying!! Scheduled a move out cleaning. I specifically identified all the areas I wanted done. Since I had already moved, I checked on the two cleaners that day and again went over what was expected of them. Came back next day for my move out inspection with property management. I hired Shine Bright Maids to come in and start with a deep clean then start a bi weekly cleaning. I have used a housekeeper in the past and have fairly flexible expectations. I hired a company because I wouldn't need to worry about someone not showing up. We have 4 boys and we are super busy. So the stress of cleaning and maintaining our home is always something we are grateful to have help with. My original appointment was first thing in the morning. I was super disappointed to find that they didn't show up until after 1 pm. The point of my cleaning during the day was so my kids wouldn't be home. When I got home there were still pieces of leaves on my living room floor, my kitchen floor still had several spots that weren't clean, my stove was wiped with huge streaks, the bathroom mirrors still had water spots. I immediately emailed the company and asked what was included in a deep clean. They offered to have someone come out right away the next morning to fix these issues. Again they didn't come until mid morning. Our house isn't marvelous or new. But if my 14 yr old can mop and ensure every spot it clean I would imagine it wouldn't be that hard for adults to do. Now I get my invoice and they billed me for the second time they had to come out and clean. Super frustrating and such a disappointing process. My Original clean was suppose to be $250. I received the invoice today for $320. When I emailed and asked why I was being billed for them to fix the items that weren't done right the first time, I was told that they bill by the hour per person. I paid her invoice of $320 even though I am completely appalled at their disservice. I would not recommend this company or their cleaners. I feel like when you hire a cleaning company you have an expectation that your home would be clean after their service. Unfortunately that was not the case with this company. I hired Shine Bright Maids to come in and start with a deep clean ($250), then start a monthly cleaning. The cleaning was all right as far as it went, but I was promised that the baseboards would be dusted among other things. They cleaned around the furniture, but didn't move anything out of the way, think trash cans... They didn't clean the shower doors of water spots -- just wiped one down, but left the other. They broke one of my knick-knacks and didn't bother to let me know. I have had several housekeepers in the past and have fairly flexible expectations. I hired a company because I wouldn't need to worry about someone not showing up They arrived a bit more than an hour late with no phone call. I had to call the office to find out if they were coming. They left a bit earlier than two hours. They left without letting me know that they were finished, I let them know that I was in my office. I was charged an additional $23 and was not given a reason. I should contest it, but it would be too much trouble. I can not recommend this company or their cleaners. I feel like when you hire a cleaning company you have an expectation that your home would be clean after their service. Unfortunately that was not the case with this company. GREAT customer service, they text you the morning of your clean to tell you what time they'll be there and if there's anything in particular you'd like them to take care of.
