Gaby and Ashley are so nice and they are great with the kids. They make each class fun and unique and very age appropriate. They learn the basics of yoga, do several stretches and poses, work on balance and coordination, relaxation and breathing. And even social skills by talking to and participating with other kids their age! We will be attending classes regularly as the kids love it and its a break in the routine from typical events/activities.
