They also hand washed the exterior of my car and even cleaned the headlights. I didn't even know my car was so colorful and vibrant and smooth to the touch. I think it was the owner that cleaned my vehicle. His name was Matt or Mark? I can't remember. I was too excited to hear anything they were saying. Emily was so helpful checking in and out as well. I hate being asked to tip people whenever they are just doing their jobs and getting paid minimum wage or above. Tips are for waitresses who make less than minimum wage not for people who push buttons outside of a car wash. Tip culture is getting out of control. And honestly I'd rather push the buttons myself so I don't have to talk to anyone

This was during the pandemic, so I'm sure things did not go a quickly as normal (what has?). So... it took a long time, but I was not in a hurry. The results of the rechroming are phenomenal to say the least. Honestly, looking at the results hurts. It is so bright and beautiful. The parts came back wrapped in many layers of thin foam stuff - very well protected! The price seemed to be in line with what I expected - kind of expensive, but as they way - "you get what you pay for" which is certainly the case here. The parts I sent were somewhat pitted, but you sure cant tell it now. In a word "WOW"!

My cousin told me about this old chrome shop in Ogden, Utah that also sells refurbished bumpers. I decided to give them a call and get a price. To my surprise, the price they quoted me was 25% less than anybody else I had talked to. I drove up the next day to pick up the bumper. When I arrived, they had my refurbished bumper ready to go. They also supplied me with a list of qualified body shops to have it installed. The icing on the cake was when I received a "Thank You" card in the mail a few weeks after buying the bumper.
