I've been washing my car here for years, and the first time it ripped me off I chalked it up to a fluke and never had the same issue again after they updated their equipment. I don't know what's changed, but I've been there twice this week, gave up once because 2 people in front of me couldn't get the credit card machine to work, abd this was not the line with the hand written "cash only" sign. Today, I paid with a card anbs got a receipt, but long after the car ahead of me was gone the garage door never opened to let me in. Employee's car was there but I banged loudly on their metal door twice, several minutes apart and there was no response. Even walked around the building looking for them. Called when I got home, not expecting anyone to answer, but the guy who did just kept saying he couldn't hear me because the car wash was running.

In a town as small as Friendship, whose most interesting detail is that it was once called Bloody Corners, it's nice to have a laundromat available for those who may not have units in their home. In spite of its decidedly run-down appearance and its location on the edge of town, literally past where the streetlights end, I've never seen anyone seedy or unsavory in this building. It's entirely possible that its spartan appearance was a defensive choice. There's nothing to mess up here, and little reason for those of ill intent to choose this place as a target. In its defense, it does have good hours and is kept presentable, so the owners care enough to keep it clean and usable. A notable bit of effort given that it is literally the only game in town for laundromat and car wash services.

I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether.
