What I loved: The long crevice tool to vacuum deep between your seats. All other car washes off that tool that doesn't get in between. I spent a good 90 minutes here cleaning my car. Loved the air gum to get out all the water from the door handles, the car decals, and the spoiler. Water hides and when you drive off it shows up. Support this small business. I love that they pre-scrub our cars getting all the bugs off. They make sure it's super clean before we drive through. My husband loves all the attachments for the vacuum, clean dry rags, etc. All the attendants are super friendly and I've never had an issue with my car not coming out clean. I normally do the "middle of the road" car wash, and will drive across town for this place!

During my visit, the car wash broke off the plastic on my side mirror. An employee actually found the broken piece in the tunnel, took down my information, and told me a manager would contact me soon. A month went by--nothing. I finally tracked down the manager myself. Instead of taking responsibility, she walked me out to the middle of the drive leading to the entrance, where there's a small sign with tiny lettering saying mirrors should be tucked in and that they're not responsible for any damage. The sign was partially covered by a bush and so hidden that you'd literally need to stop traffic, get out of your car, and move branches just to read it. If this is such an important warning, why isn't it at the actual entrance, clearly visible, and large enough for customers to notice? Better yet, why don't employees mention it before sending cars through? The whole situation felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility instead of a business standing behind its service. Between the damage, the lack of communication, and the misleading sign placement, this place has lost my trust completely. I'm never coming back.
