Start to finish about 8hrs including repairs that had to be done to weathered/rotten wood. They took care of the surrounding areas of my home and protected them with tarps. Zero damage. The contract was signed the first week of November 2023 (nearly seven months ago) and he never showed up to do the work or return the money. I have texted, emailed, called and even went to his job sites and he still refuses to repay the money back. He also does not return text or phone calls. I have since hired someone else to do the work and they have completed the job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Merican Builders to do any work at all.

I had Lucas roofing install gutters on my home and was shocked at the sloppy work. It was only because I refused to pay the balance of my bill that they came and made the proper repairs. The gutter screens are very poor quality and problematic to remove and replace for cleaning. They also don't work very well because they constantly pop off. Four of the seamless gutters had to be removed and reset in order to work properly. Initially they only used one strap per downspout which is inadequate as they were loose and sloppy. The workers also used my ladder and left it on the roof for me to remove. Look somewhere else or you can look forward to aggravation and disappointment.
