We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. I used their services a few times but the issues became too many to justify continuing. I did both a deep clean and regular cleanings. They did not do the fridge/freezer during the deep clean (it was discussed this would be done), then when they came back to re-clean the fridge was not up to par. I also paid additional for dish washing. The dishes were done poorly and I had to rewash everything. I recommended them to a friend and they had the same experience in regards to lack of attention to detail.
