Needed to ship a specialty item that required extra care. The owner was rude and snarky. I had written instructions from the manufacturer on how to ship this item. When I questioned what the the owner told me, which was contrary to the instructions I had, he thought it was important to tell me he had been doing business for 8 years, so he thought he knew what he was doing. Well, I told him I also owned a business, going on 17 years, and that I learn new things every day. I took my business to Pak Mail in Auburn, 300 N Dean Rd, next to Kroger. I used their service years ago. The owner is very very very rude any time I dropped a box he asked me what's inside as if I was shipping a bomb. Once I picked up a package he's very unhappy and told me I couldn't use the address to receive package. (I was not told so when I signed the contract and all the other same companies wouldn't refuse to receive packages). When I moved out from Opelika this place owe me five bucks deposit and he refused to return the money to me. Alright keep the five bucks and keep being a loser. read more

Yet another post regarding the rude owner. While I should have asked up front how much his service would cost, I never dreamed that printing 5 pages and scanning 13 would cost $18. He must have been charging by the minute, because it also took forever. He didn't even say thank you, and by the time I left he had three other customers waiting quite impatiently.
