He directed me to two different aisles that I just had finished searching. I asked him if he could check if they have them in the store. This was a big problem. He tells me the item has been discontinued. I ask him why it is on the stores website. He tells me that he probably entered the wrong item. He never helped me find the item. With employees like John, I don't understand how this store is still in business! I will shop at Amazon from now on for all office supplies.

She explained that I did not do the order right not selecting specialty services. Instead of using their common sense that it should be on address label paper like any other OfficeMax does, she said "we don't assume". She shut me down basically. She was extremely rude not letting me explain that I don't ever have to note that when I've ordered address labels from Sheboygan OfficeMax. They understood the assignment.

I would not recommend this company for the lease of equipment to anyone. I leased a printer from…read moreCentral Office Systems for my business, which I recently sold, and when I contracted the sales representative about returning the printer, I was completely misled about the remaining lease. Without going into details, it has taken me several months to figure out exactly what happened without any assistance from Central Office Systems despite my repeated attempts. Instead, they were evasive at best, and have outright refused to engage in a discussion about their role in creating this issue let alone trying to provide a customer-friendly solution. I simply needed information to address to address the issue with the leasing company, and I wasn't even afforded the courtesy of a telephone call let alone an apology for the months and months of time and energy I have spent trying to address the issue. After owning my own business, I know how to treat customers, and this is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid the headache and buy your own equipment. It's not worth it.
