She had no experience with them, and failed to provide me with imoortant information a good realtor would have done: She didn't bother to check the MLS to see what other nuyers in the neighborhood had paid, she didn't ask them how many new models like I wanted were available, she didn't read the paperwork the builders gave me to sign, and she didn't even know that my lot had a $12,000 premium on it. She advised me thst we needed to make a full price offer, and rushed me to do it that weekend. It turns out there were several homes available, and someone else bought the exact same home right across the street from me for $30,000 less than I paid! I never even got to see the inside of the home I bought until after I had signed the contract. All Laura cared about was her commission! I could have saved myself a lot of grief and money if I had gone straight to the builder and not used her as a middle person! She leaves the car running out front since she's so quick to do her job. Literally 10 minutes or less. She does not take into consideration upgrades or premium lots. She simply goes off model comparisons regardless of what's in the homes and where they are located. Not sure if she gets kickbacks from lender to lowball appraisals. This one should definitely look into a different profession. Fairness and being thorough is her only job duties and she can't perform. Definitely going to file a 514 complaint form in NV so she has no more victims of her laziness.
