Yesterday (Sunday) we had a cold front rolling in and tried to turn on our heat and it didn't work. My husband called J & J to get on the list for Monday. He told the answering service what the it was doing and asked that we get in the list to get it fixed. It wasn't an emergency since we have 2 units. Shortly after he called, Michael called back and told my husband a few things to check. Had that been the problem we wouldn't have needed them and it would have saved us a service call. Who does that, in this day in time? Michael's solution didn't work and they were at our door at 9:00 the next morning and got us fixed up. By the way, Michael was right about diagnosing the problem on the phone. It was a dirt dobbers nest, but it was in an area that couldn't be seen. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them!

Even better, they got the job done closer to our budget than quotes we received from other companies and we weren't required to hire a separate electrician to wire the HVAC system since these guys are also licensed electricians and included all the electrical as part of the job. They had the entire job completed in less than a week, and it was a big job as the home had never had a central system and all duct work in the attic and in the crawl space had to be installed.
