We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. I came in today to pick up my finished shirt and it looks absolutely incredible. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I cannot overstate how kind and flexible Jackie was throughout this entire process. A genuinely kind and hardworking woman who cares about the work that she does and making sure that it meets her clients' standards! I was able to get a shirt with a design printed on the front, back and sleeve for 34 dollars (small additional charge for oversized designs -- I think $2? -- which I was more than happy to pay!). A previous screenprinting job in New York cost me $50+ (not even including the shirt). Jackie's price points are unbeatable and the precision + care with which she does her printing are unmatched. I will happily give Jackie my business again -- and again and again! I am so grateful to have discovered her business!

    I called Xtreme 1.5 weeks in advance of my event. I spoke to Ron and he said that he would send me…read morethe proof within 2 days. However, I never received the proof until 6 days later. Over the phone and in 3 emails, I said I needed 9 v-necks and 11 mens crew necks by Thursday the 26th! On Tuesday the 24th, I decided to go into the store to make sure everything was on track with my order. I said to him "You will have these done by this Thursday?" He said "yes." So I expected that on Thursday, I could go pick them up! However, when I called Ron on Thursday, he blew me off and said they are not done yet. I asked him why and he gave no answer. I then told him that I need these by Friday. Come Friday at 4pm... an hour before they close... I get a call from Ron saying he doesn't have the V-necks! I was so angry and had to drive all the way to J.C. Penny to buy the v-neck shirts that he should have had!!!! He told me to drop them off at his place at 7am on Saturday... which I did. He printed on the shirts and it ended up looking ok. But, when it came time to pay, he threw charges on the bill that should have been comped by any good business owner. And he said to me: "I knew this was going to happen." He was charging us 6.50 for the crew necks that he supplied which was fine, but on the shirts from J.C Penny that we spent $7 on, he was charging us $4! That is a rip off but we did not want to argue with him so we ended up paying it. He was so rude on the phone and in person asking us dumb questions like what town we are from and stuff. My advice to you is do not use him ever unless you are looking for a cheap product and a side of attitude. A wise man once said, "For every customer you treat with disrespect, you will lose 10 customers. But for every customer you treat nicely and give them a good product, you will gain 3 customers."

    The short: This is THE PLACE to go if you need screen printing -- from quality, ease of process,…read morecustomer service to final product, they absolutely nail it. The long: My husband and I started a small run of clothing after his instagram following took off, and aside from a couple runs of t shirts in another state 10 years ago, zero experience. We started at another company, really wanting to avoid online, and although the company was nice at face value, we were super disappointed on all fronts (too expensive to make a profit, disappointing quality, annoyingly large numbers to make an order, small product range), and after decided we had to go online. The online screen printing world is scary because the quality is just so all over the place-- we ended up with something decent price wise, but after 1 or 2 washes the shirts looked noticeably worn, not what you'd want to repurchase... As a Lynn local I shouldve started here, but finally I stumbled on HArringrton and WOW what a difference! Our shirts and hoodies are bulletproof printing wise (we get gloves printed from a huge online retailer still and Harrington's quality makes the gloves look like kids did them, they're so crisp comparatively). The owner worked with me on the design (no add'l cost), and moved our logos millimeters until we were happy, AND got them to us the week of Christmas with less than a 10 day turn around time. The icing on the cake is the customer service, they're just wonderful-- the woman that works at the shop helped my mom and I pack orders the day we picked up, helped us tweak our packaging, and just made the entire process of communicating with the owner super simple. AND lastly it is so nice to have a brick and Morter store front to stop in, ask questions, touch the products, and check in. Let me save you the research-- places like Harrington don't exist a lot anymore, and I am so happy we found them. We're doing another, bigger, run in the spring thanks to them and our currently sold out line :)

    Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!
