As a volunteer fire fighter I received a jacket from the fire department and shirt worx embroidered my name on it. It was spelled wrong and when I asked Dana if she could fix it she made excuses as to how difficult it would be and she didn't seem like she wanted to do it. After two weeks I stopped back in and she hadn't gotten to it and said she put it in the "low priority" list! She said she would try to get to it by the end of the week if she could even remove my misspelled name. I decided to call sport about and they said they could fix it and it shouldn't be that difficult. So I brought it over to sport about and they had it fixed in a few hours. Sport about didn't charge me and thanked me for my service to the fire department. It's disgraceful how unprofessional Dana was and I strongly recommend taking all your embroidery needs to Sport About! read more

---i've only dealt with this shop for the UPS part of it…read more Title: Refused to Ship My Package I've been to this sign shop / UPS countless times. The employee never greets customers or says anything to you other than it'll be two dollars . I've been in there when he's on the phone with friends and he talks almost the whole time. He doesn't say goodbye, Have a good day. Nothing.... most of these people these days need to learn Customer Service. I'm pretty fed up with the lack of Customer Service in a lot of places .. It's really disgusting.... etc. my last visit [5/22/2026], he tried to charge $8 for a box that's always been $2. When I spoke up about the price he said it's supposed to be per item not per box maybe I misread that somewhere I've never saw a sign. Don't usually pay attention I guess, but also, with that being said, his attitude, he got snippy with me, so I got snippy back and told him how I felt about every time I come in there, He has a bad attitude no customer service, then another woman came in in an interrupted because she didn't wanna wait while we went around in the discussion and then he refused to ship my items. I did and will take my business elsewhere if I can as long as he is there .... He acts the same way at Hardee's .. Customers deserve basic respect good customer service, and consistent pricing. Can't take responsibility for their poor work...and, not one apology, or attempt to make resolve. We will NEVER utilize this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Beware!

Traveling from Fort Lauderdale through North…read moreDakota, I stopped at the Lewis and Clark Trail Museum; within whose quaint campus this coffee shop is nestled. After an hour and a half immersed in the exhibits at the museum, I stopped in for a cup of coffee and met Kathy "Jesse" James, the store's owner. Her family goes back multiple generations in North Dakota... A real pioneer family. She still owns the family ranch and was a wealth of knowledge around the museum, its artifacts and exhibits and the history behind it all. What should've been a 30 minute stop for coffee, lasted for three hours, at which point she had to gently kick me out. In a world of Starbucks and uninspirational national brands permeating historic towns everywhere, James Gang Java is a real coffee shop, locally owned and filled with local history. I'd go so far as to say the history and character in the coffee shop is as impressive as the history in the museum. Kathy makes great coffee, has a colorful family story and is a no nonsense part of North Dakota history. Don't pass her by!
