When you arrive before dipping your feet you must first have your feet washed - they scrub your feet and check you for athletes foot. After that it's time to dip your feet!!!!! As soon as you do the little fish attack!!! And it tickles.. My girlfriend couldn't help from laughing. For an hour you sit there and the fish go to work eating the dead skin on your feet and legs, pulling away at your callouses. After the hour is up they dry your feet and put lotion on your no longer ashy hooves. The location also offers mani pedis which my girlfriend decided to get after, not me. The woman there (who I imagine is the owner) told me the fish are imported from Turkey - and the fish in the store are the babies. Unfortunately due to restrictions in immigration it is difficult to import these fish, so for now this is the only location in the city.
