I heard about this place through word of mouth. It's a brand new spot on Collin McKinney Pkwy right off of 121. I saw a photo of their "The Gold Coast" hoagie and had to have it. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and the place was clean. The sandwich I chose was on the pricier side of the menu, but was literally worth every single penny. They have homemade lemonades of numerous flavors. I got the raspberry and almost drove back to the location for another. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Empty, quiet room, dim lights (empty napkin dispenser on the table - every other one in the room was empty as well)

Two stars because the food wasn't bad and the guy was nice, but it was the most awkward dining experience ever. We were looking to try lunch somewhere we hadn't been yet, and came across them on a list of new local spots. We got there, the "open" sign was on, but we very obviously arrived about the same time as the one employee who was working at the time - the lights were very dim, and there was no music or any kind of background noise - and he seemed a little surprised to see us. As it was our first time, we asked a few questions about menu items, but he wasn't very knowledgeable about more than a few items that he personally had made. We eventually settled on the D Rose, and buffalo chicken fries. We then grabbed plasticware, (no napkins because every dispenser was empty) our bottles of water, and sat down in a completely silent, dark room, while the one employee went to the back to make our food. The sandwich was HUGE, and was very tasty, as was the fries. We were not disappointed in our meal at all, but still, we could not wait to finished and leave. My opinion, for what it's worth - this could be a great takeout place. I just don't think they have hit on a vibe that would make people enjoy the time that they are spending there, while waiting and while eating. Oh also, no working restroom(??)

    Veggie Sandwich with Cheese

Shoagies is so freaking Good! My wife said it's was the best veggie sandwich she has ever had.....its not on the menu....you have to ask for it the catfish and shrimp sandwich had and abundance of shrimp.....I am not a shrimp fan and it was really good. During the day there is only one person so be patience and let them know you are there...you will not regret it.

    Out West

Food was absolutely amazing. The "out west" really impressed me. The flavor of the jerk chicken, the bell peppers, the BREAD!!!! wow 10/10 I was so excited to try a pizza puff for the first time ever as I came with one of my closest people and he's from Chicago. I loved the vibe, you can tell the food is made with love and passion. Definitely a must try!

    Trash!

Upon entering on a Thursday evening, there was a masculine older lady that said hello and continued her conversation on the phone. The restaurant was completely empty. My husband asked about the menus and she said with an attitude "menus over here by the register, why y'all think imma bring them to you" like whatttt??? I asked a question about a drink and she again gave a one word answer. Needless to say we left without ordering. She also put on a very violent movie while we waged for her to get off the phone. The lady began yelling saying "HAVE A GOOD DAY"! very sarcastically. Called me a bitch and told us to get the fuck out. This restaurant will not be here long. Very very rude and on top of THAT! The place was dirty, crumbs were everywhere counter wasn't clean paper towels on the floor. The place was disgusting to match her attitude. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Also, The place is always closed when they should be open. Spend your money elsewhere.

Best Cheeseburger and Frys I have had in Collin County. Everything Seasoned to perfection burger was perfect and juicy couldn't have asked for more. Plus Everything was Fresh!

    Chicago Fire hoagie

I got the Chicago Fire hoagie and it was definitely the best buffalo chicken I've ever had! The buffalo sauce was mild enough to fully enjoy all of the other flavors, the bread was soft and toasted, and the chicken itself was amazing. The portion was very big and loaded with chicken so I would say it is well worth the price. Friendly staff, and nice laid back atmosphere. Definitely will be back!

Cheese should never be on a poboy. It's insanity. The vibe is cool but the food is gross if you're actually from the south.

You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

I ordered the turkey burger along with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, I was brought regular fries instead, and neither the fries nor the burger really matched my personal taste preferences. That said, food is subjective, and what didn't work for me may be exactly what someone else enjoys. The service was okay overall, and one thing I did appreciate was seeing people genuinely interacting and talking with each other. In a world where everyone is often glued to their phones, it was nice to see a place that seemed to encourage conversation and connection. While my meal wasn't a favorite, I can understand why this place attracts a crowd. I'd still recommend giving it a try and deciding for yourself, especially if you're looking for a casual burger spot with a busy, social atmosphere.

The parking lot was like what I remembered but inside was a different layout so I am not sure if it was the same spot. Anyway, prices were very reasonable! When the food came out, we could immediately see it passed the eye test--cheese drizzling, real meat, grilled bun. First bite was excellent--I could taste the grilled bun, the flavor of the burger and even the crisped grilled parts of the meat. All other bites, just the same. Had me audibly saying "yum". On top of that, they offered horchata to drink and it was delicious. The fries weren't only well seasoned but they also had an usual kick of heat. Tonight I went and took my boyfriend for the first time and the girl behind the counter had the worst attitude ever. We had about 6 groups come in after and 3 others stayed as we did too. We ordered our food despite the attitude and sat down. Seating is tight but we didn't mind. We paid 3 something for our tea. While filling it up it ran out. When asked if there was more a snarky remark was no I'm not making anymore and proceeded to try and charge 3.60 something for one of the juices to refill.
