Good place to look for shoes and other accessories. There is plenty of selection from dress to athletic. Was greeted and helped upon entry ! The cost for what I was looking for was lower than other places I checked out . Would return again ! read more

Twice they sent the wrong item. I ordered high top hiking shoes they sent low top. Agent on telephone put in the notes to send high top on an exchange and they still sent low tops again. The warehouse workers filling the orders are incompetent. read more

I wore my shoes today . They hurt my feet so bad I have a blister.they told me I can't return them I guess I will take my business elsewhere .I have shop at other shoe stores and they let me get another.i guess I go back to them.some people have to try them out first bc of a foot issue.never again. read more

My wife found the store to have plenty of deals on her shoe needs, she bought 3 pairs marked down. The store was clean, there were 3 employees working enough to cover all our questions. They did offer a discount that would be given when I return them at the store since it was a two hour round trip, and a mistake on their part for ordering the wrong shoes. Got there, and Kiara Thompson told me that since I didn't get the name of the person on the phone, she couldn't offer me anything. Wow. Think about that, they ordered the wrong shoes and could offer nothing for the mistake. 2 hours extra of my time, gas money, and now the shoes can't make it by Christmas. Please, please go anywhere else to buy shoes.

If I could give them 0 I would! I was there just yesterday, and they have multiple doors but only…read moreone is unlocked. I was ready to drive away because I thought they were closed but called and they told me only the door by the ramp is open! I suggested a "use door by ramp" sign but they just laughed at me. Not only were they not very friendly. They weighed a big handful of all sterling silver (over 14 ounces!) and offered me $10, and when I complained that the going rate, as indicated online that morning, was over $2000 per ounce, they insisted that pawn shops only offer 70 cents on an ounce! And that's not the biggest rip off! I also had few small14k and one 18k gold piece to pawn - a few pieces. They offered me $300, which I also didn't think was fair. I then drove to South Charlotte Jewelry & Loan who loaned me $533 for the same gold (without the sterling silver) that Smart Pawn offered for $300!! So beware! I would never, ever go back to Smart Pawn and Jewelry again! Their prices are out of touch and they are ripping people off! At South Charlotte they were sweet as pie - like I was in a different world. They deserve your business and are only 10 to 15 minutes away from Smart Pawn but worth the drive!
