The mall just doesn't have that nice, modern vibe, it feels old, quiet and a little run down, probably down to Westfield poaching most of the biggest brands across the way, there is a VUE cinema, a few banks and a small JD Sports (one of the few stores in the country to still have the old branding), but that's pretty much it. Most of the stores here also seem to be need of a little modernisation or improvement, including but not limited to Natwest, Santander (banks) and JD Sports. There aren't that many places to eat either, with the only big brands here being Pizza Express and Subway, there also is a Wetherspoons but that's basically a place for cheap, low-quality food and is more known for its' alcoholic beverages. Mainly the stores which remain are more "budget" stores or perhaps second-hand stores also including LIDL, CeX, Poundland and Savers. Perhaps a mall which was good in its' way, but it's been drawn into irrelevance since Westfield opened across the way, a small, old mall crying out with modernisation and for at least something unique warrants a one-star rating in my book.

When I had some difficulty choosing between a couple of items, they gave me honest opinions and allowed me to make my own decision. That is something that you don't get in the shopping malls these days.
