Brought a bag in to have straps added to the back so the it would slide over my luggage handle. I brought in the material for the straps. He made a mess out of the bag. It had glue all over it. Had a snap added, he couldn't even center it. He just over charged me! When I brought the bag in for him to fix it and get all the glue off of it, he didn't seem interested in fixing. His wife works up front and went in the back with the bag and he decided to fix it then. I was told it would take a day and they would call me. No call! I stopped in 3 days later. I will never bring anything to this shop again! I also will never recommend this shop to anyone. His work is horrible and he ruined me bag! read more

5-stars! Highly recommend! Shocked that this is the closest shoe repair to Merritt Island. WORTH the trip! My daughter needed the straps of platform heels shortened because her heel slipped out ocassionally. Paco easily had a solution and repaired WHILE WE WAITED (BONUS & SURPRISE)! He open the sole, cut the straps to her specific need and securely closed the sole beautifully, no evidence the shoe was repaired! Perfectly adjusted in about 20 minutes. Had a lovely conversation with his super friendly wife where we learned that Paco also makes custom leather purses and has done some complex shoe work (like adding a zipper to pull on cowboy boots). We also saw a happy customer leave with shoes in which Paco shortened her high heels ( I didn't know that was possible). Prices very reasonable. read more

I went to this shoe repair in Melbourne, FL because it was on the way home from work. (first mistake) I felt as though I was putting them out and felt uncomfortable. The repairman was kind of rude. (second mistake) Over forty dollars to glue the bottom of one pair of shoes seems steep to me. (third mistake) It took two months to get my shoes back. (fourth mistake) He told me he called me twice, which was a total lie because I looked for their number in my call log, they didn't call me. (fifth mistake) From now on I'll go out of my way to find a business that knows and understands what great customer service is. Way too many mistakes. They need schooling for this. read more

I went to one other shoe repair shop and that person would not even look at me and said NO he does not do the work I needed. Did not give me any help, whatsoever! I am a grandmother, my granddaughter wants to go to Disney bippty boppty boutique with her mom. She is 9 years old and she wants to be Moana. I, as her grandma got her the costume from Disney but could not find shoes her size. (So many kids are bigger now days than average) So I wanted the Moana shoes decor put on the new shoes I bought in her size. The person at this "untouchable shoe repair, took the shoes and fix them on my shoes, even though this was not the kind of work he does either! You cannot tell the difference from the original Moana shoes. This man cares about his customers. This facility "Untouchable " was very clean too. My husband and I will be loyal to this shoe repair store. Top it off, he did not want to charge me so I tip him. If anyone is looking for a good shoe repair facility, we highly recommend here because him caring about a child, and me a stranger. More people need to say the good things that this man did. I brought Paco a vintage WW2 leather jacket. The jacket was purchased online and I was not aware of the poor condition until I received it. The finish of the jacket was in very bad condition, scuffed up with cracking throughout. Paco said he would do what he could, but didn't go as far as saying he would make it look "a lot better"; but I figured anything would be better than the current condition.
